Mini Portal Black Forest Cakesby ~Ajuchar

And those are not a lie!

Couldn't decide whether to name this deviation "Mini Portal Cakes" or "Mini Black Forest Cakes" so now have this: "Mini Portal Black Forest Cakes". It's true. After all.

SO YES! I am obsessed with "Portal" which made me wanting to bake a black forest cake...because it's not a lie! LOL But yeah...how things are this cake isn't the easiest of all and since I am not that good in baking I needed a clever trick to still get my Portal cakes!
So those are no real black forest cakes in small but still not a lie (yes, I will use that at much as I can XD).
They are made of
- chocolate muffin dough
- cream (for filling and icing)
- cherry jam (for filling)
So they really have a filling with somewhat cherries <3

Because of school and me having to wait for the cream to get hard (so putting them in the fridge every now and then) it took me 3 days to finish them. On one I did the "muffins", on the other I did the filling and icing, and today I did the last bit of decoration and the photos! I have some photos taken but this is the one I like best.
I also took photos of the making so they may be a making of of my little cakes sometime!

And the candle was a must of course!!!

The cake is a lie!
(Had to get that down LOL)
Whatever...

I LOVES THEM!

Ich hab noch NIE ne echte Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte gegessen XD' Und ich weiß auch nicht so genau, wie die jetzt schmecken oO Hab nur eines gegessen, als es mir runtergefallen war, bevor es fertig war XD LOL ...hat aber geschmeckt LOL
